David Love and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They not only came in with the low bid on our facility, but we were impressed with the work that they had done on a similar franchise recently, so we were confident that they knew what dollars were involved. They gave us realistic expectations on the timeline to finish, given all the inspections, etc. Their attention to detail, providing us with suggestions and quickly working down the punch list, were all great attributes, as we were hoping to finish as quickly as possible.
