I want to give this business a 5-star rating in every respect. I will be doing more business with them in the future. It should be noted that I drove all the way from Peoria, Az. to their site in SE Phoenix to have this leather work performed. It was well worth my time and trip to do so... Fred did what he promised and it came out very nice. My wife was very happy,

We knew about Leather Like New from a recommendation years ago, and we had had them out to recondition our sectional and ottoman on two occasions.
I was pleased to see on Angie's List a few years later that Fred had so many positive reviews for larger jobs. Initially, it was hard to set a time to meet with Fred - he had had a change in staffing, it was during the holidays and he had a tremendous backlog of jobs. So there were several back and forth phone calls.
But when he finally came to do the estimate, he also offered to take the sofa and ottoman that day. It was opportune for both of us as we were about to install new flooring and preferred to have the pieces refurbished first.
He did a tremendous job and the price, we felt, was very reasonable. He also took time to explain how to better care for the pieces going forward and gave us free bottles of the leather conditioner and cleaner he uses.
We definitely would use Fred again and highly recommend him for this type of job. We also plan to call on him for routine professional conditioning as needed. It was worth the wait!
