+ -1 moreIt went fantastic and looks amazing. He's an excellent communicator, affordable, produces great quality results. His subcontractors are also amazing. I've used them independently of him on a couple additional projects. This particular remodel was removing a wall and cabinets, a leaky fireplace, and installing a support beam for the bearing wall removal. The tile was repaired, the room repainted, outlets/switches moved, and everything looks amazing. Everyone comments on the quality of the work. All that and he came in under his estimate in spite of doing a couple extra things for us as well.
