Mr. Craig came out and gave me an estimate on what needed done.  He gave me a price on the things I needed to have done that day, IE: things to make my sprinkler system stop leaking, as well as a price on the future repairs on the valve that was showing rust, and would in the future need repair.  He charges a base $75.00 to fix most leaks and of course parts cost extra which should not surprize anyone.  He was able to make it out the same day I contacted him to give me a quote, was here bright and early the next day to do the work.  I've had no problems at all with the service he provided.   He went a step further and when the 'freezing' temps hit early  in the winter  and came in late dec of 2013 he emailed his clients and advised he would be happy to make appointments to wrap pipes to ensure they would not have further problems.  This level of care, shows that he is committed to doing what is best for the customer, not what is best for his wallet.
