Landscaping, Drain Pipe Installation
Made an appointment with them and they sent Mike Moniasque. I specifically told him I needed things itemized because I didn't know if I was going to do everything we discussed. I got the written quote about a week later and it was broken down into front, back and side yards instead of being itemized like I requested. I called Mike's cell phone and left a message about needing it itemized like I had requested so I could choose what I could and could not do. I never heard from him.

Kathy is the BEST designer, and I give her AAA. If something is not to your liking, she will make it right for you! Make sure that there is someone there during the job to communicate with you in English. They did an excellent job! They are not the cheapest in the book, but the work and the look of my landscaping was well worth the money!

AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED WITH IT, THE YARD LOOKED GREAT AND EVERYTHING WAS AS PROMISED. THE BIG COMPLAINT I HAVE IS HOW LONG IT TOOK THEM TO COMPLETE THE WORK. IT WAS ABOUT A MONTH FROM WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM UNTIL WHEN THEY GOT AROUND TO STARTING, WAY TOO LONG IN MY BOOK. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND APOLOGETIC ABOUT THE DELAYS, BUT STILL IT WAS A BIT LONG TO WAIT.
