Bob is a really wonderful and knowledgeable in all window treatments. He gave us a very good price and informed us about what we really needed, not just what he could sell us. Our one blind could not be fixed as it was a propriatary part from a large retailer. It was not from a lack of trying though, returning with different potential parts a couple of times at no extra charge. We are very happy with the service Bob provided!

Gave good options, including sunscreen which was the most cost effective. Excellent job and price. Tried to fix broken blind, diligently returning twice to work on it but the broken part was an oddball size that was proprietary to some retail store.

MR. KRAUS WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND MY SCHEDULE AS TO WHEN HE COULD PUT UP MY BLINDS. HE GAVE ME A PRICE FOR EACH WINDOW, ALL BEING OF DIFFERENT SIZES AND KEPT THOSE PRICES FOR ME FOR OVER A YEAR BECAUSE THAT'S HOW LONG IT TOOK US TO AFFORD TO DO IT COMPLETELY.
