I was impressed at the diversity in Matt's crew conisting of a multigenerational age ranges & both men & women employees. Furthermore, they all apeak english as a primary language with a spanish speaker. Language barriers was a big issue with my last service, causing several misunderstandings. This team is professional, consistant & prompt. The owner, Matt, outbid other services. But as I plan on keeping KOALA TREE & LANDSCAPE (not to be confused with Koala Landscape & Tree in Phx) for all try tree & palm maintenance forward, & because I was so impressed with the work, I paid them with bonus equivellent to the highest big. Which is exactly what they deserved for the job & work done.

I'd been shafted by a previous landscaper, who didn't finish the job.  I left a msg for Koala early this morning requesting a quote.  I rcv'd a callback at 10 AM & he was standing in front of my house.  $35 per palm for trimming, $275 for palm tree removal per tree, and a $50 monthly maintenance for just yard mowing and cleanup.  He sent me a text pic after trimming, and I dropped a check in the mail!  Fast and timely service, and I'm supremely impressed (which takes a lot!)  I highly recommend Matt Kessler at Koala.
