Project: Replace a Water Reverse Osmosis Treatment & Purification System . Junior was professional in replacing our two cartridges and eleven-year-old tank this morning (4/9/21) . Now the system functions like new and the cost was very reasonable. I am fortunate that I began our reverse osmosis system installed by Kinetico water service eleven years ago and it has continued to service us since then!

Installer did an excellent job. He had the necessary skills and knowledge to get the job done.

I worked with Alex A. as the installer. He was very professional and reviewed/explained what he had done, how the new system worked and answered my questions in a way that I could understand them :) In the explanation of what was going on with the system as far as the small white cotton pod and where it went and what would happen when the level popped up..... all was well until I decided to clean under the sink and in doing so , hit that lever and it popped and the pod had expanded and I could get it back in :) He did leave me another one, so I did put that in.... my question is, can I come to your office and pick up a couple more to have on hand, incase I decide to get ambitious and clean under the sink again in the near future? From the time Dave into our home to explain the Water Softener System, its benefits, ease of operation and low maintenance capabilities, we thought this is what we were looking for at the time. After using it and feeling the softness of the water in the shower and throughout the house we are convince we made the right choice. The installation was flawless, thanks to Joey, and we were up and running in no time. All around great experience.

We needed new filters. I was able to call in and obtain product in 5 minutes. The instructors provided were thorough and easy to understand.

World wide company. Equipment manufactured in America. Works efficiently without needing electricity. Don't need to add salt every month. In home visit very informative with no sales pressure. Well worth the investment!

We have had a Kinetico system in every house we've owned in Arizona since 1982. This is our 4th and it's a necessity for the water in Arizona. We have never had a problem with any of the Kinetico systems and they are a work-horse when it comes to durability. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to what you deserve.

Great product Professional and great follow up

All information was upfront and explained well. The installation could not have gone better. I love this system so far. Financing was a breeze with a great % rate. Install was made 3 days after signing...so impressed.

The sales rep was very good. A follow up was also done. The folks that answer the phones at the service department are also very nice.

The installer was professional and curtious. He explained how the system operated and how I should maintain it. He hauled away my old system and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. The salesman was also very professional. He was low key and low pressure. He was informative and answered all my questions. I also received a phone call from the area manager after the sale to confirm that I was satisfied with the salesman
