THAT'S JUST DISCOURTEOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. EVEN IF HE'S FULLY BOOKED HE SHOULD REPLY TO MESSAGES. FAILURE TO DO SO CASTS SOME DOUBT AS TO HIS PROFESSIONALISM.

JAY HAS BEEN A REAL HELP TO ME, AND TO MANY OTHERS. I FOUND HIM BY WORD-OF-MOUTH, SO YOU KNOW HE IS GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES. IF HE CAN'T DO SOMETHING, HE WILL TELL YOU. HE WILL GIVE YOU THE ESTIMATE OF THE COST TO FIX VS. THE COST OF A NEW ONE.
