He was good. He was professional. It seemed like his price was good. I would use his services again in the future.

We were referred to Jim Lee by a friend who had had a kitchen remodeled recently and had him do some major construction work. They sent us pictures and also told us he did other jobs, such as plumbing, electrical, flooring installation, and many other jobs. We called him on Monday and made an appt. for that Wed. at 3. He arrived exactly on time, came in, assessed what we needed. Left briefly to buy supplies needed for repairs. Came back quickly and repaired the leaky faucet and running toilet. Only charged $65. The language barrier is slightly challenging, but, he understands what needs to be done and does a thorough and professional job. We will definitely be using him again for other household repairs and improvements.
