A+++ Integrity, trust, character is how I'd describe Jacob from Jakescapes. We had a pond started and the previous guy ran off with our money mid work. Jake was able to work with our pond installation midstream. Jakescape was quick, hardworking and pond was done on time and on budget. He took extra care to find us some extra nice rocks for our application as he sources them direct and thus able to pick and choose himself.

It was super, a very good estimate and artistic rendering of what would be. Purchase the big deal for 39.00. It was wonderful..

When I called, I woke Jake up I called so early. I explained the issue and he said he would be over at a time we agreed upon. He was there at that time; he did the work efficiently even in the blazing heat (107). I am confident I will be calling on Jake for future work.

Excellent work done by Jakescape; they finished job in one day at a reasonable cost. The builders original irrigation system was done improperly and had to be replaced.

He was vague and general. Didn't show up for the first appointment for the estimate. I took time off work so didn't get paid. Rescheduled and he did show up that time. Work was to be a week later. No one showed up and no phone calls or emails. Another week delay. Another missed day of work for me. Install happened over two days instead of one. I wanted color and I got two yellow and one white flowering plants. One has since died. Two other green plants died. Tree was planted at a slant. Gave no on-site or instruction on setting up the drip timer. He never followed up on plants. He did dig a trench for me along the house so I could treat for termites. For an extra $40. I'll dig out and replace the dead plants. Not worth waiting for him to come back.

This was the 2nd time we purchased rocks from JakeScapes. Would not think of going anywhere else! Highly recommend them!!

The whole process was easy. Jacob really knows what he is talking about and he put me at ease with all his knowledge. I'm glad I had my friend recommend him to me.

It went great. Arrived at scheduled time. We had seen him on the side of the road and we stopped and picked out a few rocks and he would deliver, spot, place and clean up. He was excellent, very knowledgeable and professional, took a lot of time giving us ideas on what we could do with the yard. We originally were only getting 3 boulders, when he got here and seen how big our yard was he suggested we add some more. We were very pleased with his ideas and by the time the boulders were placed it was dark, but he had lights to show us how they looked. When we got up this morning and got to see it in daylight, it was beautiful. Jake knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone. We are actually going to have him put us in a flagstone sitting area in our back yard. He also gave us some ideas on plants we could use. We just bought this house and there is a lot of the bushes we do not like and he will be removing and planting some different plants that do not need to be irrigated every day.

JakeScapes is a true PROFESSIONAL Landscaper. Don't hire someone that calls them self a landscaper when you are getting a Gardner. He is honest, timely and extremely easy to work with. I am extremely picky consumer and I would HIGHLY recommend JakeScapes. He's the best!!!!

Jake arrived close to time promised. He has a good eye for placement. Worked quickly, at a fair price. Gave other suggestions for landscaping. Would recommend.

My husband called one morning to tell me he bought a bunch of boulders and to figure out where I want them placed.  I was annoyed and alarmed, as I generally like to research and plan before large purchases.  When Jake delivered the boulders he also gave us an estimate for cleaning up and re-landscaping our pool area, which had been neglected for years and was overgrown with weeds.  While it concerned me that he had no Angie's list history, he was upfront about wanting to build his reputation up and also showed us his brother's landscaping business, which he had been a part of until he became independent.  His assessment of our yard was reassuring.  We have had various quotes for a clean up that we were not happy with - some claimed that having the sheet under gravel will end weeds for good, while others claimed it would be a complete waste.  Jake explained that while yes, eventually we will get weeds over the sheet, it would greatly reduce and slow the weeds enough to make them manageable in other ways.  Other companies would have buried or only cleaned around the large river rocks that once formed a dry riverbed (but were beginning to sink into the soil) but Jake said his guys would remove, clean up, and re-locate those rocks into the new landscape, and he did a spectacular job.  The boulders looked fantastic - They all look like they've been there all along.  My husband's best impulse-buy ever!
