There were two young people. They finished the job on time in spite of the guy being sick that day.

Jim called me back after I left a voice message for him. He spoke with me in detail about the process he would use. When he set an appointment to come view the area, he was on time. He was also punctual for the install. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure the job was done right. I felt comfortable with him and would use him again.
