INTEGRITY ROOFING

We’re very pleased with the work performed by Integrity Roofing. They are very professional and thorough in the way in which they do their work. Their customer service is outstanding. They are honest, clean, and neat. No debris of any kind was left behind. We have a flat foam roof that needed substantial repair work. They assessed the situation, provided us with a reasonable estimate, and performed the work in a very timely manner.  

They certainly stand by their work and are willing to come back to inspect their work months after it has been completed. Prior to committing to having them do the work we asked them to provide us with references. We called them and everyone on that list had the same positive experience. They offer a very comprehensive 5 year warranty. Their communication is outstanding and their workers are excellent. 

We greatly recommend them. And we have mentioned to them that they will be contacted, and paid by us, to have one of their workers present whenever we have any type of work performed on our satellite dishes or air conditioners in order to make sure that the roof is not damaged by any repair technician.

Nice guy, and no complaints about the quality of work, or the price. But man, he isnt very good at getting back to you. We waited WEEKS for him to give us an estimate, and then, after accepting the estimate, we waited weeks again to hear a date when the work could start. He is horrible at returning communications...really horrible. I hate having to chase people to give my money to, so next time we need a roofer, we will look elsewhere. But again, he does do good work.

Steve and Marc spent many hours giving me options for repairing my roofs. They were very patient and once we settled on the method that was appropiate and affordable they secheduled the work and promptly got it done.
The tile roof was never installed correctly by the original home builder and the two roofers that had worked on it since it was new just did patch up jobs. The Integerty crews showed up early and worked long hours to complete the job. The tile roof looks better that it ever has. All of the tile rows are installed perfectly true and straight. I watched the installation and the plywood and underlayment was done perfectly as you would expect the fine craftsman that they are.
The flat roof team also showed up on time, prepped the roof properly and laid down a flat roof that I am sure will out last the warranty.
The made sure that they cleaned up after themselves and left the yard in better condition that when they came.
I would highly recommend them for any residential or commercial project on new or for re-roofing.

Everything went well. The price was very competitive, and they responded quickly to any questions that I had. The quality of the work was good as well, they provided a 5-year limited warranty, and offered to inspect the roof annually and make repairs for free.

I CONTACTED SEVERAL COMPANIES TO RE-ROOF MY HOME. STEVE MCLAUGHLIN FROM INTEGRITY ROOFING WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. HE DROPPED OFF SAMPLES AT MY HOME FOR ME TO VIEW AT MY CONVENIENCE. I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS. HE WAS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ACTUAL INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS VERY NICELY. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

WE USED THIS COMPANY WHEN WE SOLD OUR HOUSE. THEY SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH. THEY DID THE WORK ON TIME AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.
