I had an urgent issue and they were able to get someone out to my home within hours (on a Friday), fitting me in between scheduled appointments to do an assessment. Given my time constraints, they were able to get me scheduled and the repairs completed the following Thursday. And the entire time, they were nothing but kind and transparent. I'm a first time home owner with zero experience and their honesty and even their suggestions for what I knew I needed to get done in the future were a huge relief. I felt very safe in their hands.
