First time hired Bruce and his company his final invoice contained charges for numerous items which were not used in the installation. The second time Bruce bid $1,500 to install small system in a casita. I paid $600 during the project, but when it was completed he billed me $1,900 more. Total Rip-off! Now the system is not operating correctly he refuses to honor the warranty and fix the problem. STAY AWAY

I've used Imagine Audio twice now. Once three years ago and once just a month and a half ago. This company really knows what they're doing. They ran the wire, installed the speakers and subwoofer, hung my 80" flat screen, and hooked all of our devices up that go to the TV. They do an amazing job and that's two times now that I've worked with them. The prices were reasonable too. I would recommend them to anyone.

New home had a pre-installed cabinet that was small and cheap from home builder. I purchased a 50and quot; glass cabinet and contacted Imagine to remove old cabinet and install new cabinet with new wiring, upgraded splitters, and to ring out all the CAT5 cables in the house and label all connections. The work was completed on time and theydid a great job of cleaning up the mess from the home builder with the original cabinet. I will use them again for any home network or home theater work needed.

CAME OUT TO FIX PROBLEM WE WERE HAVING AND WE UPGRADED SOME OF OUR COMPONENTS. TECHNICIAN WAS METICULOUS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. SYSTEM IS OUTSTANDING AND WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT. EXPERIENCED IN DOING LARGE JOBS FOR PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES. VERY RECEPTIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND BUDGET
