In April, 2018 I contracted I H Construction to re-paint my front walk and some other repair work for $800.00 with a guarantee of 5 years on the paint job. Since then the painting of the walk has turned pink (from a bark mulch color) and they never returned to replace a fascia board on the patio roof eave. After many unanswered calls they showed up and told me the paint job would cost $1,000.00 and they would return to replace the fascia board . I refused to pay for the new paint because it was guaranteed. They still have not returned to finish the repair job. They still don't return my calls. Unfortunately I paid the $800.00 before the job was completed.
