Sadly if I could give zero stars as my rating for Huesman Brothers LLC I would. I needed a custom door ordered for my project. They were referred to me by a very reputable contractor. When I initially spoke to Chris Huesman, he was all about taking on my project. Asked me to send him an email with details and examples of doors I liked. After chasing him for weeks, he finally sent a guy out to measure my project and order the door. Weeks later he contacts me to set up a date to install my door. A date was set for 6.21.2019. He called me the week prior to confirm my appointment. Well today, i sat around all day waiting on someone to show. I reached out yesterday to get an estimated time for someone to be on the job site - no response. Today I reached out twice asking if anyone was showing up. At 6:30 pm after no one shows, I reached out again, including the referring contractor in the communication asking if they were going to do the job or not. An hour and a half later Chris Huesman contacts me and states: "Sorry for the inconvenience. I apologize for meeting our schedule. We are in the process of moving to a new shop with no break in production. Has made everything very hectic. I don't think adding others to your text is necessary. We won't be able to help you at this point" So after almost three months of my project being held up by this "professional" he quits on me because he doesn't have the intelligence to call and reschedule my installation, or better yet, tell me up front he can't take the job. Unbelievably unprofessional is too kind for this sorry business. Still looking for someone professional to build me a door...
