I use them for specialty services for my Hondas and Acuras. If I tell them there is a problem, I take it and drop it off. They typically call me within an hour. They tell me what they found and what the estimated cost is going to be. There is always an estimate in the car business because you never know what you are going to find once you start digging into it. but they're usually right on. The estimate and the final price haven't been more than 10% apart. I think even once or twice they have even been lower. I think I have only had to leave a vehicle overnight there once, otherwise they're usually done in the same day.

We've taken three different cars to Hontech and have always had a good experience with them. My guess is you could find someone who'd be cheaper, but not someone who was more trustworthy and competent. We keep our cars for a long time so after a while a good, trustworthy mechanic is a necessity. We always refer friends and family to Hontech.

They got me in right away and got it fixed within an hour. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. They are very open about everything they will do and seem to be very honest in all of my transactions with them.

They did a good job. They fixed the car. It was a bit pricey but it was good. They had a real good shop and it was clean. Their office/ workshop was pretty cool. It was conveniently located. They specialize in Honda which I have. So I liked that. They were very professional.

th price was better than other options i got and the servie was fantastic.

They were pretty responsive by phone, they did not charge me for a part that they did not have. They also did an estimate for me that I felt was fair and accurate. I would recommend them to others.

The people here as very honest. I have an older vehicle so it impressed me when they did not recommend anything that really did not need to be done. The work was also done in a timely manner. I was not waiting for hours on end wondering what was going on. I don t remember the exact price for this visit.

Provided a service menu summarizing what service was to be done and with a detailed cost estimate. Called when additional service was needed along with additional costs. A driver dropped me off at my home in the morning. Total price for actual work done was substantially less than quotes for comparable work at a local Honda dealership. Car was returned very clean inside with engine steam cleaned.

They were prompt with their service. They listen well. They did a pretty good.

They did a nice job. Very professional. Found a few things that I did not anticipate, but better than breakdown on the road. Service and oil change.

OVERALL, VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY PROVIDED ONLY SERVICE REQUIRED BY THE ACURA NOT TRYING TO DO ALL OTHER NOT REQUIRED SERVICE TO MAKE MONEY.

WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME IMMEDIATELY, CALLED BEFORE DOING ANY WORK, FIXED MY REAR HATCH RELEASE BUTTON, FOR NO CHARGE(CONNECTION WAS LOOSE). HONEST, WILL TAKE MY HONDA(S) BACK THERE AGAIN.

HONTECH GIVES SERVICE I FEEL CONFIDENT IN. THEIR PRICES ARE GREAT AND THEIR STANDARDS ARE EXCELLENT. THEY ALWAYS GET ME IN RIGHT AWAY.
