I spoke to Henry on Tuesday morning. He came to my house later in the afternoon. We agreed on a price and he came out on Wednesday on time and completed the work as promised. The work included a 5 year warranty.

He rushed my decision by offering a reduced rate if I completed the work that day. I did check the and saw nothing so I agreed because he was recommended by your site. It should have cost more than 250 instead of 600. I paid him but I will not use him for the fascia repair, interior or exterior paint. The 2 roofers that have commented have commented that his work was inferior.
