My house was sold for an excellent price within a few weeks. There were a few complications due to initial prospective buyers, but Sam deftly worked everything out so I could get on to my new life in another state. She helped me with so much---staging the house, providing great advice for almost everything that had to do with a big move. I will be eternally grateful!!

Sam made us feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very responsive to our needs and helpful in answering our questions. We enjoyed driving around with her while she helped us decide our priorities in buying our first house. Sam also proved her professionalism when she negotiated the seller to pay for our closing costs and when she negotiated for our entire roof to be replaced before we closed. The roof was leaking and didn't need an entire replacement but only some repairs. Nevertheless, a complete replacement was the most favorable outcome we were hoping for and sure enough, she got it done. Sam and her assistant also provided us with a market analysis on our top few choices to help us see what ranges we should expect to pay for the houses we were looking for. This helped us negotiate a lower offering price. We received our request. Everything went as well as we hoped for. We will use Sam next time we are buying a home and we know that you will find her services equally impressive!

Both experiences went very well. Agent was very professional, friendly, responsive, flexible and if not available then arranged for someone to cover. Agent/company extremely reasonable with fees. Gave impression that first priority was their client and that client satisfaction was of utmost importance. Only hesitation is in wishing we had been counseled in being slightly more aggressive in the sale of our home several years ago however, with the housing market just beginning to rebound at the time, there was no way to predict outcome. Overall, very happy and would use agent/company again in the future and recommend to others.

After moving to the Phoenix area from Florida, we were initially in contact with Kim to help us find a rental house. She was very professional, helpful, and always quick to respond when we called and sent text messages or emails. The rental house market was more competitive than we imagined with the nice rentals going very quickly. When it came to viewing rental houses, Kim was always available to us and very flexible with hours. There were some times that she was available with very short notice from us.

We finally found a rental house that would work for us, and Kim helped us with the application process and stayed in contact with the property manager until we were moved in and settled. She then continued to follow up with us whenever we had questions about the rental as well. She often went above and beyond our expectations.

Once it came time for us to think about buying our own home, we knew without a doubt that we would use Kim as our realtor. She was searching the MLS listings for us, and we received frequent emails about the houses on the market that would fit our needs. We debated buying a new house, and she offered her professional advice and suggestions when it came to deciding. She often helped us think of pros and cons that we weren't aware of, so her personal experiences with homeownership were invaluable to us.

If we ever need to sell/buy in the future, we will most definitely be in contact with Kim for her services! We wouldn't have navigated the real estate market as easily without her. Plus we made a friend in the process.

It was amazing, we were first time home buyers so naturally we were lost and clueless.  Kim made it so easy.  We first met with her at a Starbucks just to get to know each other.  We immediately felt a connection with her, and knew this was something that she takes very seriously and personally.  We truly felt as if we were her only client! 

Next, the search began, my wife and I spent hours looking online to find homes and Kim was always available to help us view them, as well as offer up her thoughts on what the MLS listing looked like and what to look out for.  All in all, we viewed 15 homes, she knew when to suggest ideas and when not to, she is very good at sensing the relationship and interpersonal communication.  She was never forceful in order to get a sale, she simply said, "the right house for you will come along".  

When we finally did find our home, Kim knew we needed to act fast.  She helped us put together an offer (on a Friday night!) and knew exactly what price to offer!  Within 48 hours we had a house!  The next phase was getting through all of the inspections and paperwork...Kim was there for all of it!  She was so helpful.  

I'm happy to say that Kim and our family remain close friends and remain in touch.  Literally everyone we meet who is in the market for a house hears all about Kim from us!

We bought a home in 2010. Kim went with us to look at many homes, was very patient by the way, until we found one that fit for us at a new home builder location. She talked with the agent on site, helped us get the paperwork needed, etc. She went to the closing with us to sign papers.

Cynthia provided professional advice on appropriate listing price and how to make improvements so the house can be best presented. She followed up with potential buyers and their agents. She is competent, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend her.
