He was very polite and on time when he first came over, but he didn't fix any of the leaks, he had me get a new pump that I probably didn't need. He did not fill the Jacuzzi back up and test it, he couldn't even get the side of the Jacuzzi back on and needed to call someone that was not there. He almost broke he side as he was trying to bend it. After he got my money, and the Jacuzzi was still leaking, and he missed his appointment to come back, he didn't even return calls. I made 4 the day that he missed the appointment and two more after, so he took the money and ran. I read some of the other reviews and they are all one line he was great, I would use him all the time messages, which I think he had his friends or family post. He could not be this bad without a pattern. I am surprised that he is even on this site.

Very very Unhappy with Joseph Gaines the owner of Healthy Pools, to say it nicely. I hired him 11/30/15-job still not completed as of 12/21/15. Don't hire him, appointments are not kept, excuses are constant, parts and labor are expensive. Every little thing he wants more and more money. As of today I requested to cancel a part he ordered-and a refund to my credit card.

Broke my control box; I bought the heater, and fixed it myself

I have already recommended them to our neighbors and will continue to recommend them.

He didn't show up on time are not at all, he only returned calls after I called to see if he was coming that day, this was after 2 hrs. Lost are misplaced parts and didn't correct the leak which is in the process of leaking out as I type this review.

Joe knew what he was doing, he didn't just start replacing parts. My understanding is that he first has an IT background.

Very professional and he gives 110%
