Great service, on time, quality of work was good.

Jeff arrived on time, gave me an overview of the pool for the house we recently purchased. He comes out weekly to maintain the pool, and completed the semi-annual filter cleaning. We are very pleased with his service.

everything worked out well he even had all the parts necessary to do the job right then and there very handy. I had another guy that put me off for several weeks and then I contact this company and within the first day I have a scheduled appointment.

He responded almost immediately when I left him a message. He said he was out of town. He explained that. He said as soon as he got back into town he would get ahold of me. The day after he got back into town he was over rebuilding the pump motor for me. Those things aren't cheap. He offered me three different options: good, better, or best. That to me when they give me options means a lot more than when they present you with a flat price and say it is either this or nothing. He showed me what he did. I went out and looked at it. Every time he has been here he has cleaned something up or found something that was wrong and fixed it. I'm sure he hasn't charged me for some of that. We kind of bonded the first time he came out. I left a message. He was out of town traveling and he called me back in like 10 minutes. The first time he came out on his own. The second time he brought one of his helpers.

I called numerous places and Jeff Hayden called back even though he was out of town. He wasn't able to get anyone dispatched until Tuesday but texted me prior to arriving himself. He repaired the PVC and also noticed an issue with my salt cell, which he came out the following day and repaired as well. Excellent service at a fair price, I highly recommend Hayden's Pool Service!

Jeff was very nice and provided me two options to repair my broken pool equipment. There was no pressure to go either way and I felt as if I was free to choose either. The repair looks great and the equipment looks better than it did before the break.

I called Hayden Pool Service (Jeff) first, because I had had a very satisfactory service experience with his company three years ago. He was able to schedule a repair the next day, and since I had sent him a picture of the leak, he was able to quote a firm price. He showed up on time, with the appropriate parts, and was done with the repair in about 45 minutes. Nothing like being able to leave town for a few days knowing that a potential problem has been resolved! (The problem from three years ago never came back either!)

Excellent service, on time. They do regular service for me every Monday.

Jeff is awesome! He came out and gave us a free estimate on replacing our old sand filter (which was leaking and not repairable) with a new cartridge filter. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns. He told us the best one we needed and his pricing was more than fair! I've checked out alot of companies. We hired him and he was able to come out and do the work just a few days later. He went above and beyond by replumbing the whole system and painting everything so it looks Great! I would definitely hire him if you need a good honest pool guy!
