Everything went fine. Everything was done on schedule. The did clean up behind themselves. Brought in gravel and plants that we put in the yard. They were very professional, clean, curtious, and friendly. They did not charge us any more then what they said the would. I would also use them again for anything I needed done because of their professionalism.

Company was very eager to earn business and informative up front. However, once the initial deposit (50%) was paid, the communication became dismal. Completed installation date/duration was not accurate compared to estimated completion date/project time. Sales reps gave inconsistent data on package pricing and failed to ever provide official installation plans before starting work. Follow-up calls were not returned promptly and subcontractor crews showed up unexpectedly without any company representative to direct them. The sprinkler system was not properly designed to provide adequate watering to all of the lawn resulting in 1/3 of the lawn dying due to lack of water and warranty response time was poor. The actual work performed by their contractors was actually very good and this is the only praise I can give this company. The front desk receptionist was probably the most useful person in the whole company. But their project management and followup communication is terrible.
