  after the installation he said that he was not able to connect my equipment without "rooting" my devices.  I was not sure that I wanted to do this and told him I needed to think about it prior to making that decision.  I did some research that night and found out that rooting my devices voids all warraties.  The next morning when I went to work I was unable to print to my network printers that were working fine prior to his changes to my system.I have 2 employees who access our network remotely and they were unable to log in and go to work.  I called Cody and told him about the problem and that I was essentially out of business until he could fix the changes that he had made.  When he showed up he tried to convince me to basically undo my entire network and let him do it his way which so far nothing I had asked him to do had worked.  I asked him to just uninstall his equipment and restore the system to the way it was so I could work and then contact me about what he wanted to do. I asked him not to cash the check that I had given him as he was taking his equipment with him.  I never heard from him and then he cashed the check without talking to me about what he was going to do.  When I called he would not answer the phone and it took approximately 2 days and multiple calls to get him to answer the phone.
