I left a voice mail message late morning on Christmas Eve, expecting a call back sometime after the Christmas Holiday. My Gove Technical specialist Tim, sent me a text message 20 minutes later from the airport (presumably already on his holiday) providing me the information I needed on my account. The responsiveness was amazing by itself but their ability to deal with issues out of the office was further proof that my business is booked with the right provider.

Gove is a very responsible and friendly company. They did a good job installing the alarm, and are always willing to answer questions when they come up. My only complaint is that no one ever answers the business phone when I call (of course the monitoring number is answered immediately), but someone usually calls me back promptly. I like supporting local businesses and this is a really good one!
