We go there monthly and add/remove things as needed. Everytime we go int the office the owners are always welcoming and ask us if we need anything. It is a husband and wife who run it. Great people!

We had to put all of our household belongings into storage while we searched for a house. Everything went into the unit at the end of June, with a temp of 103. I checked on the unit every couple of days at first, just to make sure that the AC was working and that all was secure. Then came the monsoons and I was back to make sure everything was dry. We ended up with things in storage for 6 months, during which time all of our belongings were cool, dry, and secure. The facility is gated and you must enter your personal code every time you enter and exit. There is also a couple who live on the premises. It was very clean, well lighted, and one of the few facilities that could accommodate a full-sized moving van.

The facility is located on the North side of Germann Road between Arizona and S McQueen in Chandler. If you come from McQueen, I guarantee that you will drive right by without realizing it. The address marker is set back from the road and a neighboring wall prevents you from seeing it till you are beyond the driveway.
