Farmer's Landscape Clean Up Service

We think Bruce Farmer's work is outstanding, as is the work of his team. They are the fourth crew that we have hired to maintain our yard, and it has never looked better.
Yes, on occasion he is late. Bruce has a family member who sometimes needs emergency care, and I can certainly live with that; it is not an issue to me.
The price I quoted above includes several maintenance visits plus cost of all new plants and getting them planted. Very fair price; less per plant than we paid we for the initial landscaping of our back yard. Bruce really knows the Arizona plants, which ones to plant where, and how to care for them properly. I find him to be an excellent advisor
The whole team is extremely diligent, friendly, polite, knowledgeable. They are fanatic about pulling weeds and cleaning up after themselves.
They charge more per visit than some others do. But they stay twice or three times as long, and you don't need them as often because they are so thorough. I highly recommend this company!

Bruce does good work and our relationship was good for nearly two years. However, he crossed the line when a couple of months ago he asked me, his client, for a loan to pay bills. I refused, and should have fired him then. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and asked him to continue service, which he did. He was scheduled to come back today. He emailed me and said he would be an hour and a half late. He didn't show up. I waited another hour and a half and sent him an email telling him not to bother to come that day and voiced my displeasure in his unprofessionalism. Several hours later I sent another email asking what time I could expect him the next day. He eventually responded and was highly agitated and said he would not be back ever. He has lots of personal and health issues. I feel sorry for him. I can't say I would recommend him.

Bruce the owner came out on Tuesday looked at my property gave me a estimate and said he would be back Thursday to start monthly service. Came out earlier than he told me and did what he said he was going to do and left me a detailed invoice on what was done and what to do with the new seed. I would highly recommend farmer landscape.

Bruce called to ask if they could come a bit earlier than our original appointment. That was a welcome surprise for me as I had an appointment later in the day and the timing made it easier on me.
We walked the yard, discussed what needed to be done, Bruce made recommendations which I appreciated and after a discussion with his crew they got right to work.
Thank goodness Bruce understands irrigation systems because he discovered a leak in the back-flow fixture and is recommending an irrigation expert for me to call. Plus, someone had turned my entire irrigation system off and while I can follow the directions in the booklet to reset it, but because Bruce knows how much water each plant needs, he set the controls for the hot weather coming up which was much appreciated.

All work was completed as proposed. The firm now does my weekly landscape work as well.

Excellent!! Bruce listened to what I wanted done, instructed his crew and the whole exprience was very satisfying. I even received a postcard from my HOA complimenting me on my nicely landscaped and maintained yard; what a surprise!!
