When they came to my home with dehumidifiers and fans, one of the machines had a filter that was clogged and filthy. They looked at me and lied and stated it was new when it was obviously not new. I had a lot of special bath and body products and they never told me that it was going to be extremely hot in the room they had heated. It got up to 160 degrees and all of my products were completely ruined. I called and talked to them and told them it was around $1000 and everything was going to be ruined. They told me we don't pay for that. This is something that they have should have told me so I could remove those products. They ruin my shower pan, they set my toilet on a disgusting rag and when the toilet was removed the shower pan had 3 large gold stains. I just had my shower pan refinished. The woman was not nice that I had spoke with and did not seem to care. They were not informative or caring. They were all talking on their phones and not letting me know what to expect or what was going to happen during this service.

This company is owned by Grace Plumbing and refers Faith Restoration without informing customer there is an association between them. Was suppose to arrive around 5pm, did not show up til 9:30pm at night with no call informing us. Quoted me a cash estimate of $1000 to $1800. When I decided to run it through my insurance company the bill came out to $2600. When analyzing the bill they padded it extensively with double charges and included charges for trips they had not even made. Owner claims he wants opportunity to resolve issues but became beligerant and argumentative with each contact. Stay away from this company.
