I had gotten a large chip in my windshield in the line of sight and needed my windshield replaced. It was covered by insurance, but I knew I could choose my own provider for replacement as long as they were approved by my insurance company. I didn't have good luck in the past with the large corporation my insurance company sent me to, so did some research and chose Excalibur. Unlike my previous windshield replacement by the large corporation which took 4 hours of installation - involving repeatedly removing and reinstalling the glass because the tech couldn't decide on the correct moulding - this one took about an hour. Excalibur knew the right moulding to use and did it right the first time. They came to my home with all required supplies. The windshield fits perfectly, doesn't leak, and doesn't squeak.

I just moved to Phoenix and purchased a new Infiniti. Within 3 weeks, a rock hit my windshield. The Infiniti dealer in Scottsdale recommended Excalibur Autoglass. I called and Kelvin immeidately put me on a 3-way call with my insurance company. He got the claim approved for total coverage. He came to my location in his van and switched out the windshield within 30 minutes with his assistant. The process was easy and efficient, and he was very friendly. I will call him when this happens to my car again.

I was referred this company by my auto dealership and I love their of work. they made it extremely easy for me to get my windshield replaced through my insurance company with no cost to me whatsoever. the gentleman and which I spoke with was very easy to understand and help me figure out what I needed to have done. they replaced the windshield in my honda accord and are now coming back tomorrow to put a windshield in my infiniti. I would I would strongly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a professional windshield replacement done. I cannot speak highly enough about this company.
