Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
The initially repaired an area on my flat roof along with scupper. It supposedly had a warranty, but with recent rains, I?m experimenting leading again. I have called and left messages. They promise to call back or have someone come check but fail to follow through. Poor business ethics! Do NOT recommend.

The service was excellent. Rapid response and punctual when arriving to do the repair. Update: 05/25/2023 Several years ago, they put a polymer coating on my roof. Came with a warranty. I now have a minor warranty repair and have called them three times with no callback. I am starting to wonder if the warranty is worth anything.

First off, I blame myself for the decision I made to pay the quoted price. I let the perceived urgency to get the work done combined with the work team being ready to start work immediately cloud my judgement. Specifically, I paid $2,500 (lower than the first number) to re-install a half dozen tiles that had fallen off the roof edge. The work also included replacement of underlayment and batten board. I feel the $2,500 number is egregiously high by at least 2x; probably more. Lesson learned for me. Do not make a contractor decision without being comfortable with the price. My instinct was that the number was high, but I went with it. After the work was done, my instinct was confirmed. Bottom line, shop around and get multiple quotes. I feel that El Dorado does good work, but they are gouging on price.

I think the issue as far as the value or pricing was concerned was the fact that maybe that you failed to remember/mentioned we also cleaned,repaired with elastomeric patch and titex mesh cloth, and coated your patio roof with multiple coats of premium elastomeric roof coating that extended almost the whole length of the back of your and was in very bad shape. That of course makes the price of the job more expensive as the material was premium grade coating and the it was l"
