EL CAMINO INC

I took My car on Jan. 1, 2007, Jose promised to fix my car which had multiple rust spots and needed to be painted a result of a tough run of hurricanes in Florida the job was to take 1-2 weeks tops. Jose called me at the two week point and told me that he will have to use a new trunk that would cost more he charged me $500 for this trunk lid. At the 3 week point, I dropped by to check the work. My car was sitting back there unpainted still. He told me it would be done by Saturday that week. It was not done. Jose now becomes the king of excuses and offers them daily. He finally tells me the job is done and tells me to pick it up. Then, on Feb. 26th, I get there and my car is missing a trunk. I am late to work and Jose tells me to pay him and I can take my car to work. I in error did this. Jose told me to come by after work and he will put the trunk on. Long story short, I never received the trunk. It is now March 5th and upon looking under my car, he never did the exhaust I paid for.
