Big con artists in scheduling appointment
Ron, at office, makes first appointment. They do not turn up
in window and on day provided; when I call he says it was for next day which
was not true (one of us missed work, waiting in 4 hr window).
Next day the tech comes and does things on AC and says it is fixed
and takes the money. Later that day we find AC is still blowing hot.
We call them back and schedule appointment.
On appointment day and mid way in window, Ron calls and says
tech had personal emergency and cannot come that day (again I miss work waiting
for tech). He schedules for next day.
 
Next day, during appointment window Ron calls and says
cannot make that morning and can only make midday (meanwhile we did not go to
work waiting) and there is nothing else he can do.

As a property manager we have been using East Valley for 7+ years and they alwys strive to do great, they are affordale and dependable you will be happy if you give them a chance, We use other AC companies as well since ac's go out in bunches and East valley stands above the rest.

My husband called this company after we had received a quote of $790.72 from another company. EVR was able to get it done the same day and for only $313.00! They were prompt and professional. They were honest and straight-shooters. We inquired if we should replace the entire motor as the other company had recommended and they quickly said no, declining a chance to make more money. We will definitely use them again!

The company installed a whole new HVAC system when I renovated my house recently. They were recommended by my general contractor. They were very price competitive and did an exceptional job. Because of that I called them when the heating in my second home, occupied by my parents, stopped working. After having another company tell us that the only solution was to replace the entire system, Mark came over and figured out that issues with the electrical connection were the only real problem. Although the system is about 15 years old, he saw no need to replace the system until one of the major components malfunctioned.

I have been very happy with them. I think they have been saving me money because I have been working with them on this old unit quite a bit. I think they are honest and straightforward, and I have no complaints. I don't get bids because East Valley is so good, but I think their price is fine.

They were very good. I called them one night and left a message because my air conditioner wasn't working. They got back with me at 6:30 the following morning. They were here by 8:30 and got the part and repaired it the same day with factory parts. I would definitely use them again. I took all my other cards for different service providers out.
