Initially they did a deep cleaning, which I was very pleased with. Then I set up bi-weekly cleanings. They were to clean my 1600 sq. ft house, except that I never had them clean my office, because I was working in there, so really it was about 1400 sq. feet. They did an Ok job, except the floors always still felt dirty when they left - lots of dust and debris on them - and the house always smelled like cigarrette smoke, because the cleaners must have smoked right before coming inside to clean. It was awful to expect a clean house and instead have it smell of smoke, especially since this is a company that supposedly nature oriented. I also realized the price was way too high, because they were having 2-3 people here for less than 45 minutes. I realized I could do just as good a job. I have to state that I did not complain, because I decided there wasn't anything they could do to make me want to continue the service. I also want to say that the people doing the cleaning were very pleasant and polite, although it was frustating trying to talk with them, because usually only one person in the group spoke English.

They use all natural products that do not affect allergies. They take a few moments to play with the dogs. They are very considerate. I trust them enough to not to be home when they are working. They are quick but efficient. They will do special cleaning upon request. They work around your needs and time frame.

When I contacted the owner with my complaints and suggested that she discount the $180, she stated that it is her policy to give a discount on a future service when the customer is not satisfied. She also offered to send the same maids back that afternoon to clean the shower. Neither option was satisfactory to me given the fact that I d already explained that I had no intention of continuing to use her service. And how awkward would it have been to have the same women come to my home whose work I had just complained about? Everyone has different expectations when a service is performed, clearly mine were not met. If finding a service that uses non-toxic products is important to you I highly recommend finding someone who does the job well then ask them to use your own products. I ve learned from this experience that having integrity in your approach to the environment does not necessarily translate into having integrity in the way in which you approach your business.
