as a mother with young children I was grateful for the professionalism and awareness to safety that their crew had at all times. The crew was considerate and always cleaned up after themselves with each phase of the project so I didn’t have to worry about my little ones hurting their feet while playing in our backyard. They were on time with our schedule and the craftsmanship and quality of work is better than i ever imaged as a red head and mom that was a very high standard and they well exceeded it. We have recommended E and E Pools to all our friends and would not hesitate to hire them again they were Fantastic. Pricing was much better compared to all the other quotes we received so choosing their company is a no brainer.

It went better than I ever expected. They found the air generator had a check valve installed upside down. They and repaired that. They could easily have charged me for a new one. I was pleased with the integrity they showed on all repairs. They were going to have to bore and place a new light, but the service tech, Rob looked if re running a new light in the existing spot was feasible. He was able to do that when other companies told me they would have had to trench through the cool deck. Again a testimony to the ethics and integrity of this company and all personnel

There are two sides to every story, here's mine. Most all work on my pool done by subcontractors, the pebble tech subcontractors did nice job but major issues with damage to threaded pvc sleeves that holds popup heads. Owner did at his expense replace 5 but broken pieces of pvc and popup head parts fell into the pvc plumbing which fell into pipes under pool shot up and blew out a new popup head destroying another threaded sleeve. Bottom line, I ended up cutting our lodged piece of pvc that blew out popup head and I did it it a filled pool. E and E said denied was there fault blaming the age of the threaded pvc sleeves even though a piece of pvc fell into bottom piping from themselves that ended up causing this problem after pool was finally completed.

Arnold was in communication with me throughout the process. They were very busy and the pool service worker made a mistake and accidentally put in a whole new pool light, instead of just a light bulb and seal. About a $200+ difference. Because it was not what I ordered, Arnold honored our original agreement to just charge me for the bulb and seal and chlorine wash on my pool. Merry Christmas in April! Very customer oriented! The repair work went very well. There were some unavoidable delays due to weather issues but Arnold (the owner) was in touch with me every day to let me know where we were in the process and when things would resume. I was provided a work schedule up front and any deviation from that was brought to my attention before the fact so I could re arrange my schedule accordingly if I needed to meet the repair personnel. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of work and the level of customer service Arnold supplied. I highly recommend this company for any pool repair needs.

I called E&E Pool Service and Repair after the city sent us a $1,800 water bill. Yes that is a comma in the number. Since my house was not visibly oozing water and my backyard was not actually underwater, I knew it must have been the pool. Says the city: ?It must be your pool because we checked the meter three times.? Thanks for letting me know!!!
I found E&E after some online checking. Their reputation seemed to be great ? lots of satisfied customers, lots of reviews with exclamation points. So I called and sure enough, Arnold Elzy himself answered. I like talking with owners when possible and this guy knows how to engage. He talked me through potential problems, gave me an idea on what an inspection and pressure test would cost, told me it would be a few days, checked to make sure that was ok, then scheduled his crew.
They arrived when he said, were extremely polite, and found the problem ? TWO leaks. I took time to chat with the crew who was quite knowledgeable, communicated well, and mentioned a few other things in the backyard I might want to watch out for. Really, just kind and helpful... and they spoke well of Arnold, too.
My particular situation required a second trip from the sonar guy, and a third trip for some jackhammering. Each time, E&E?s crews showed up when they said, cleaned up their messes, and communicated well. My wife is sensitive to strangers walking
around our property and even she said they were very nice. The cost was great, considering what they had to do. I hesitate to say cheap because the guy might raise his prices! I checked around to see leak detection and repair, I know I got a great price and the service was excellent. I?m extremely satisfied with result and highly recommend E&E.

I don't usually write reviews but this is the third time I've used E & E Pool Construction. Each time its been a great experience. Rob, my pool service man was extremely nice and professional. Arnold and his wife Elizabeth are great too. They had me send a video so they could give me the cost for services before they came. I'm 65 on a budget so this was great for me.

Resurfacing our pool should have been an easy, quick job if we had not run into a problem, but it was the way this company dealt with the problem that gives them the A grade. First, the problem we had (a portion of the old cool deck that hung below the newly laid pavers, creating an issue in laying the new pool tile) was not their problem to begin with. It was handed down to them, yet they went to bat to resolve the issue and they did so very professionally, without bad-mouthing the company that did not properly deal with the old cool deck. They sent us their best guy to cut the old cool deck out in order to clear the way for the new tile to come in. The workers knew we were quite worried about the brand new pavers being damaged and they took great care in protecting them. They communicated with us through the whole process and where there when they said they would be. All the persons we dealt with were helpful, knowledgable and polite. I would definitely recommend this company if you need your pool resurfaced. Our pool has been transformed and has changed the entire feeling in our back yard. It is beautiful!

Technician serviced our pool. First they thought the breaker was off for the pump, but then said everything was fine when we told them we bypassed the old pump with our newly installed variable speed pump. A couple days later we noticed our brand new, variable speed pump had been cut out and stolen. The technician and Arnold then changed their story to say that the pump was never there when they serviced the pool. The only person with access to our home and with our gate code into our community was this pool servicing company. There had been no thefts in our neighborhood for 25 years.

"Police were called and no charges were filed. It turned out to be another company that the customer did not pay there bill. They beat me out by 50 bucks and then didn’t pay there bill!!!! Wow!! And then accuse me of theft no proof just went online randomly and now this is here forever Wow!!!"
