and has the heart of a teacher.
Our pool was green and we struggled getting rid of the algae. He came in and rectified our issue and had it
ready for the Memorial Day holiday weekend on short notice. At his recommendation we had him change out
the sand in the filter; we've also followed his advice on pool care and the
pool has been looking good all summer long.

My only regret was waiting so long to write up this review.
I sent an email to Del Sol Pool Service and Repair Sunday afternoon. I recieved a reply on Wednesday, 3 days later. I'm sure if i called I would have gotten a faster response but i wasn't in a hurry. Michelle was able to get a technician to our house that same day.
August arrived earlier then his scheduled time and looked at the housing. After doing some quick tests, he found that power was still working and that it might just need a light bulb replacement. My spa did not have a standard bulb so he said he would go grab one and come back the next day to replace. He phoned in the morning on Thursday and apologized that he wouldn't be able to make it but promised a early morning Friday fix. I let him know that my wife had to leave at 9:30 so it would have to be before then. He came at about 9:15 and started working on the light but finished after my wife had already left. I came home that afternoon and everything was working as expected.
In all it was a great experience and only rated them B on responsivness and punctuality due to the 3 day wait for the email response and August having to miss the Thursday appt that he scheduled.
