The communication with the company was awesome. They were on time they delivered and have the unit on top of my roof before I even got home. They also installed the Wi-Fi thermostat for me and was able to help me attain, adding more insulation into my attic and they also were able to have my ducks cleaned all set to go. I would highly recommend this company. The unit is super super quiet and very efficient. I can already see a change in my electric bill.
