They arrived on time. The owner was the one who he came out. He was very professional. They did a very good job. I was very pleased.

He was professional and responsive. He was on time and did a wonderful job.

Everything went as expected and explained. Dave came by himself, worked straight through until the job was finished. The carpet is clean and should stay that way now for awhile.

Arrived exactly on time (as a working single, LOVED that). Set-up and started very immediately and finished within 2 hrs. Very professional & personable. The tile -esp the light colored grout looks great. Carpet completely refreshed to like new, including removing ketchup stain and a old black mascara stain. Have a small dog who 'occupies' the guest bedroom to watch over the house :-) and whatever Dave uses in his steam cleaning completely took the 'doggy' smell out of that carpet. Will recommend him to all my local friends & family.

This man did a very good job of cleaning my carpets. He is very thorough in his work and is honest and reliable. He cleans everything up perfectly.

Dave is prompt in returning calls, friendly without being overly chatty, and was able to schedule a timely appointment. On the first trip he called us to advise that he was stuck in traffic and would be about 30 minutes late; we appreciated the heads-up. He does a very thorough and professional job cleaning the carpets, and helped move some furniture out of the way as necessary, although I had already moved what I could. He shampoos or steam-cleans the carpet, rather than using the "dry" chemical process that many others do; my wife prefers the "wet" version as it leaves our carpet less "crunchy," she says. It does, however, take about 8 hours to dry. He was also able to successfully clean our 10 year old upholstered sofa and an armchair, which had looked terrible, frankly; this ran about another $60.00. Overall, his price seems very reasonable, and I can definitely recommend him.

Dave showed up on time, got right to work. He was done with everything in about an hour, it was about another 5 hours till the carpets were dry. The quality of service and attention to detail was amazing. He was able to make our carpet look almost new, and I don't think our tile was ever as clean as it was when he was done with it.

Dave arrives when he says he will and is professional and friendly. He pre-treated several difficult spots and spent a great deal of time on heavily soiled areas. His estimate was exact and our carpets have never looked better.

In a word, fantastic. David showed up on time and did a very, very good job cleaning our carpet. The last company that we used did our home for more than ten years, which made it hard for us to make a change, but they charged us almost $300 the last time. We are very glad that we made the call to David.

It went very well, we are very happy. Dave did an excellent job: pre-treated some areas, did some other areas over a few times (where there was a lot of traffic). He even did a rug that we kept outside the door. He was punctual and did a great job!

Dave was very punctual arriving at the scheduled time. He pre-treated the heavily soiled areas before steam cleaning the entire rooms. He worked quickly but did a very thorough job. The results were better than expected and I intend to call Dave for all my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

My carpets look like new again. Dave arrived on time, and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the results, and I would definitely use his service again. He was also prompt in returning my initial call, and scheduling my job in less than one week from my call.

Dave was prompt & did a good job (took 2.5 hours). He also stretched the carpet at edges where it had been slipping. Wish we had known beforehand, though, that the carpet should not be walked on for 5 hours after cleaning. This was inconvenient because furniture was piled on tile areas, & we weren't able to get around well because he finished cleaning at 4:30 & these were our main living areas.

The service was outstanding. It had been 3 years since the last cleaning and the carpets were a mess. We have 2 kids, a golden retriever and 2 cats, so our carpets take a beating. The owner/operator (Dave) provided a firm quote over the phone that included pre-treatment for spots and heavy use areas. His price was 25% less than all of the other quotes, once you added in the cost for pre-treating. Dave was on-time, courteous and professional. He did not try to ''up-sell'' me on any services when he arrived. He moved all of the furniture and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The carpets look fantastic. DAVID IS THE OWNER-OPERATOR, SO DID THE WORK HIMSELF. ALSO, LIVES IN THE COMMUNITY. EXCELLENT WORK. DEFINITELY WOULD USE HIM AGAIN AND REFER HIM TO OTHERS.

DAVE DEMONSTRATED THE EFFECT OF TILE CLEANING AND QUOTED THE PRICE WHEN HE WAS AT MY HOME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY. MY HUSBAND MET DAVE WHILE I WAS IN GEORGIA AND LEFT FOR WORK. WHEN I RETURNED HOME FOUR DAYS LATER IT WAS NOT APPARENT TO ME THAT THE TILES HAD BEEN CLEANED. THE DEMONSTRATION CLEARLY LIGHTENED THE GROUT BETWEEN TILES, WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE OF THE WORK PERFORMED. LIKEWISE, WATER SPOTS WERE STILL APPARENT FROM BEFORE THE CLEANING. I UNDERSTOOD THE TILES WOULD NOT HAVE A POLISHED APPEARANCE BUT SHOULD HAVE APPEARED AS WHEN ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.

DAVE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. WE RECOMMEND HIM WITH ENTHUSIASM.
