It went great. Sami was very honest and extremely helpful and showed me everything I needed to do(I am computer illiterate). Repair was fast and I am extremely pleased with the service. I would go back to them any time I need help with my computer. Thank you Data Doctors!!!!!

They are in places all over the valley but the one that I went to was in Scottsdale. They did the job, and I was pleased. It took a while to get the repair done.

Ok, computer boots now but received back in slightly worse shape than brought in with power connection more loose, but was already worn out and a week later an eletrical burn smell came from it. But still works although I don't know for how long !!!!! I don't know if was just bad luck or coincidence. Ended up buying new computer anyways for $600.00 and spent $200 on repairs. It's easier to replace a battery than a computer so don't plug in and move around a lot that power connection is very delicate.

VERY NICE REPRESENTATIVE THAT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN LAYMAN TERMS SO THAT I COULD UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW IT WAS GOING TO BE FIXED.
