This was the first time I used this company. I liked it because they restored everything in my computer and I did not lose anything. There were no dislikes and they did what I asked them to do. At the time I very adamant that I wanted the computer fixed and I knew what I was getting into. They told me exactly what they were going to do and checked it out first. I brought the computer in and then they called me the next day to tell me what was wrong with it and what they could do for me. They got it done exactly when they said they would.

We have used them several times over the last few months. They do an excellent job. They communicate with the cable company and fix some issues that they can't fix. It is a great service.

The price was very reasonable. I thought it would be more like $1,000. They even transferred all of my old data into the new computer. I was very pleased with the service. The computer works like a charm. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They have a great business.

DATA DOCTORS DID A GREAT JOB REFURBISHING MY COMPUTER. THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS AND IT WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY. THEY ALSO INSTALLED AN ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM THAT WAS UPDATED AND A FIREWALL AT NO CHARGE.
