All pictures taken with our Canon Digital Rebel XT had large dark spots on the same place. Since it did not matter which lens was installed, we surmised the problem was with the camera body. A quick check on the internet for a local factory authorized repair center revealed that C.R.I.S Camera Services was an authorized repair center. The camera was taken in and an estimate on the cost to clean and the time needed (9 business days) to perform this service was given. The cleaning was accomplished ahead of schedule (4 days). There were no surprises; service was performed as promised, in an expeditious and professional manner. After our camera was cleaned, our pictures are clear and spot free again.

THEY HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER THE SHARP CAMERA PART. IT TOOK A FEW WEEKS FOR SHARP TO SEND THE PART. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CALLED ME WHEN IT WAS READY. I FELT THE COST WAS REASONABLE. CAMERA WORKS GREAT. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
