Creative Closets initially came to my home to measure the dimensions of the space where the bookshelves were to be installed and to put together an estimate based upon materials and installation effort. We agreed upon materials, style, price, and a date for installation. On the day of installation, the installer arrived with the pre-cut components and installed the entire bookshelf within a couple of hours. I was very happy with the end result.

;Jamie gave us a proposal that met our needs, and was in our price range. We purchased a closet with no formaldehyde for our six-year old son. They were nice enough to schedule the installation for the day before he came back from summer vacation so everything was ready when he came home. Creative closets has done everything they said they would do. The cost of their drawers installed was the same as the material cost alone at Home Depot Expo so we were better off having them do the drawers as opposed to purchasing them separately and trying to install them ourselves.

The cabinets were installed perfectly. The crew was knowledgeable and efficient. They did the work in one day, arriving early in the morning and ending in the afternoon. They made sure everything was done properly and there was no mess left behind.

The estimate was given on the day I called and the work was completed in three weeks. The installer arrived on time and was professional. He cleaned so that I could not tell he had been here except for the new drawers.
