College was recommended by the home inspection company. I was not there during the termite inspection and never met anyone from the company.

They come regularly. One thing that is very common with the houses in Arizona is scorpions; so many people have regular pest control service in their house. I am very happy with them, and I am very happy to recommend them to anybody. They charge according to the size of the house. They are on time. They are very good at building acquaintance. They are very friendly, and they are local. They have resolved all my problems, and I don't have any issues with bugs, scorpions or anything else. Whatever they do, it works.

THEY PERFORMED THE TERMITE INSPECTION FOR OUR NEW HOUSE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. ONCE WE PURCHASED THE HOME, THEY HAVE BEEN DOING MONTHLY PEST CONTROL, INCLUDING SCORPIONS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.
