In 1984, Randy Coffin and David Trout started their business with a few simple, but vital factors at its core. Create jewelry that is unique, beautiful and well crafted. Offer those designs at a good and fair value with exceptional customer service. Each member of the Coffin & Trout family is committed to these elements and they are as true and fundamentally important to how we do business today as they were then. In addition to our custom designs, we are happy to offer jewelry and watch repair, appraisal services for insurance and estate valuation and corporate incentive programs. We are also one of a select few official retailers for Rolex watches in the state.

The work itself was beautiful. They did a masterful job with the ring, and their courteous customer service was well welcomed and appreciated. It took quite a bit of time to have it serviced, but they kept us informed of the time frame so we didn't have to guess for a second.

The watch was delivered for a cost estimate to put it back into good working order. After about two weeks the cost estimate was received. The amount quoted seemed a bit high, but not outrageous. The work was completed in the quoted time and I was called to pickup the watch. It was all very organized and professionally done. The watch is keeping time and runs quietly and operates properly. It is an old watch and may have required special attention.

I bought a watch for my son’s 21st birthday. They were very professional and gave a lot of choices. They also gave a percentage off and gave us an option to exchange also. They offered to engrave as well. They are very comfortable to work with. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
