COBBLESTONE AUTO SPA

I got a coupon for a free car wash at Cobblestone in the mail.  I showed up and they really push the up sell on everything. I had to keep saying no I just want the free car wash.  Overall they did an ok job on the exterior. The interior was wiped down but there was still some dirt missed.  They did not vacuum the back of my SUV, which is what needed it most. I did not see this until I got home and was not about to drive all the way back.  For a Free wash I shouldn't complain, I would use them again but if I had payed I would have returned to have the rear vacuum completed and a touch up on the interior.  Overall they could do a slightly better job but it was acceptable.  The up selling is annoying and the the constant push to replace your windshield is very annoying. They ask about your insurance and who its with which is no ones business. I am there for a car wash so I don't appreciate the windshield sales up sell.  Would I use again, yes but not on a regular basis.  They have a nice waiting area.  The facility was clean.

I HAD TO SHOW THEM A FEW AREAS THAT THEY MISSED. THE CARPET MATS WERE RETURNED SOAKING WET. I SPOKE TO THE GUY WORKING ON MY CAR & HE SAID THAT IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF SOME OF THE ISSUES WITH THE CAR, I NEEDED TO UPGRADE TO ANOTHER SERVICE. THE INTERIOR WAS CLEAN.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE EXPLORER, ON THE CIVIC I THINK IT COULD HAVE COME BACK TO US A LITTLER CLEANER, AND I HAVE A BUBBLE THAT NEEDS REPAIRED.
