Auto Financing
JD BYRIDER WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT THE SALE HOWEVER THE FINANCE COMPANY, CNAC, WAS NOT ONLY UNREASONABLE BUT TOTALLY SCAM ORIENTED. MY DAUGHTER IS A SINGLE MOM WHO JUST LOST HER JOB AND WHEN SPEAKING WITH THE REPRESENTATIVE, JULIAN, HE WAS UN SYMPATHETIC, CALLOUS AND TOTALLY UNTRAINED. HIS MANAGER WAS UNREASONABLE AND RUDE. MY DAUGHTER WAS 3 DAYS LATE AND THEY ARE NOW REPOSSESSING HER CAR AND LEAVING HER WITH NO VEHICLE AND HE ALSO KNEW SHE HAD JUST LOST HER JOB.
THIS COMPANY IS NO GOOD. DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH THEM. THEY DON'T CARE AND HONESTLY I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY KEEP GOING AS A BUSINESS. SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST.
