House Cleaning
I CALLED SHELICE (SP?) TWICE IN ONE DAY TO SCHEDULE AN IN-HOME ESTIMATE. SHE RETURNED MY CALL ON AT LEAST THREE OCCASIONS TO DISCUSS WHEN SHE MIGHT SCHEDULE A VISIT TO MY HOME. SHE WAS VERY CHATTY ON THE TELEPHONE, WHICH, UNFORTUNATELY, I COULD NOT AFFORD THE TIME AFTER HAVING JUST MOVED TO TEMPE, AZ AND CARING FOR MY 10-MONTH OLD SON. AFTER HER THIRD CALL AND NO APPOINTMENT, I GAVE UP AND CALLED ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.

THEY ARE VERY COMPETETIVE PRICE-WISE, BUT ALSO CARE ABOUT DOING IT CORRECTLY. THERE HAVE BEEN ONE OR TWO OCCASIONS OVER THE YEARS WHEN A CREW DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK TO MY SATISFACTION -- BUT AFTER ONLY ONE PHONE CALL, SHELICE CAME TO MY HOME WITH THE CREW AND MADE THEM DO IT OVER CORRECTLY.
