Classy Kitchen and Bath

We did not have any problems. The workers were all very professional and scheduling as not a problem. The finished product was wonderful!

They were efficient. I had several estimates done and theirs was the lowest. They did all the work very quickly. It really only took a week for the work to be done. Morgan who did the estimate was amazing. The next day Steve met me at the granite supplier and that same night he came and did the stenciling. He went above and beyond to communicate each day with me. He was very helpful and polite and professional. There was no mess after they left. They were very clean and efficient. They did an awesome job.

The sales presentation was informative and helpful, but I did feel pressured into making a quick decision.  On the first day of work, the installer found out that his helper did not show up.  During the removal of the old shower and tub surround, he was constantly yelling curse words, probably from his frustrated efforts.  I work from home, so I had to listen to this all day.  After the job was done, everything looked very nice ... until I started using the shower (the grout needed to cure for 7 days) and saw the sloppy grout, uneven cuts and the floor that slopes so steeply that I need to use a anti-slip mat.  On 5/30/13, I called Classy Kitchen and Bath because the grout (which was a very expensive urethane, no maintenance grout) was forming raised "cones" like a volcano. There were over 20 "holes".  They told me that grout was a "bad batch with other customer complaints", so they would take care of it   A guy came out and removed the bad areas, then patch-grouted.  They assured me that any other issues with this grout would be taken care of in the future, even when the warranty was up.  On 3/10/15, I called them to tell them that the grout had been creating more holes and gaps and that the patch-grout had turned a lumpy, chalky color.  It looks absolutely awful, especially for a $9,000.00 shower.  The service department took my information, then told me that the sales representative who assured me of future grout correction had left the company, but that she would look into it.  I have heard nothing from Classy Kitchens and Bath.

Don came over and spent a couple of hours going through options and layouts on his laptop. As various ideas were tested, I could see the result and get a good feel for what I wanted or how to change. He also began to really understand my desires in this process. He had samples of cabinet materials and countertops, so we were able to make some selections. A couple of days later, he brought an interior designer over to confirm the selections and get her inputs. The work went very well, the debris was contained to the kitchen and garage areas until the final painting with included the adjacent family room. During or after the construction there were a few small problems and they were immediately resolved with no hesitation.
I would definitely recommend CKBR for this type of work.
