Our upstairs A/C unit abruptly stopped working in this insanity inducing heat. I called multiple A/C companies (including the one who installed the unit) and they couldn't see us until 3 weeks later. Ummm no. I called Chandler Air and spoke to the nicest, politest and professional scheduler. She was able to get me in for the next day after apologizing for not being able to get me in that same day (when I was calling around 2 pm). Going from 3 weeks to less than 24 hours - not a big deal, I think we can manage :) Today, at 8 am I get a phone call from Hector R that he'll be there in 15 minutes. Oh my garsh, he's our hero! He was here less than a hour and had efficiently and effectively diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. He showed us the broken part and explained why the part had been causing some strange activity from the A/C before it called it a day. Hector was incredibly pleasant, professional and nice. I did not at any point feel he was scamming or asking for more money than necessary as I've definitely felt that way with other companies. Seriously, this company and Hector are our heroes!

Great; called and literally within 30 minutes had a technician at my door. James said it would take 30min to repair and about 15min later he had the motor replaced and the AC was blowing cold air again. Awesome service. P

I set an appointment, took a day off work, and Chandler Air called the day of the appointment and said their technician called out sick, so I'd have to reschedule. Things happen, so I wasn't too put out, but this was the first warning sign that they didn't really want to do the job. 6 days later, one tech showed up to do what was clearly a two-man job. He worked very hard at a tough job, but there were many issues. He turned on the AC when he started work, and I didn't pay much attention, thinking he was just testing it. A few hours later, I realized that the AC had been running while duct replacement was going on, and the whole time the system was sucking in mass amounts of dirt and cellulose dust from the attic and blowing it all over the house. Every square inch of the house (no exaggeration) was now covered in a layer of brown filth from the attic.
The room where the attic access was located was absolutely caked in filth. After the job, he said that he had no tie-downs in his truck for the old ductwork, so he dragged it out to the front yard, pulled out pavers from the landscaping to weight it down, and promised to get the debris the next day. Got back from work the next day, with 35 MPH wind gusts forecasted for that evening, and the pile was still there. I had to call Chandler Air, and they said they had nobody to pick it up, they'd send someone the next day. Next day they got the trash, but threw away one of the pavers and broke off an irrigation head in the process.
I double checked the attic, and there was a large amount of debris from the job just left up there, and two duct runs that were supposed to be replaced hadn't been touched. There was also debris from a condensate line replacement left on the roof.
So now I have to replace an irrigation head, stone paver, clean garbage out of the attic, and bring in someone reliable to finish the job. Oh, and spend $450.00 to have the filth cleaned out of the ductwork, in addition to mopping, vacuuming and dusting every inch of horizontal surface in the house. Chandler Air treated me and my home with no respect. Bad experience. If they didn't want the job, they should have been upfront about it.

We have been using them for 2 years now. They seem very competent and they got the job done quickly. We have no trouble with the HVAC system.

They came within 3 hours on a Sunday to service our AC. Exceptional responsiveness and service; Steve was great. He was patient and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them.

Received their bid on 4/2 and awarded Chandler Air with the project on about 4/9 with some changes for stronger equipment that also qualified for a $1,000 instant rebate from the manufacturer. Work was completed on 4/17. Work went smoothly and professionally with excellent quality. Could not be happier with this new system. Had to remind them a few weeks later to send me the SRP rebate forms but all's well that ends well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing quality heating and air conditioning equipment for a fair price and professional installation.

We called our home warranty company and they didn't have anybody that could come out because it was July 4th weekend so they said we could call whoever we wanted so we called Chandler Air. They came out and did a wonderful job. Their charge was reasonable. Our experience with them was very good. We will be using them again.

Came out the same day we called.. Found and fixed the problem within 20 minutes.. Could not have been a better experience..

We had no heat and called Chandler Air. Their man came out within the hour! Fortunately for us, we didn't have any parts or puron to replace-- just some labor. He was here for over an hour though checking everything thoroughly and only charged $63.00! He was friendly and professional. We were thrilled!

Efficient and professional

Use them every few yrs to tune-up A/C and heating unit. It's been awhile so I don't remember specifics. They give a 4hr window(not fond of that, but that seems to be the norm). The staff they sent was friendly. I havn't had a problem in the 8yrs I've used them, but my A/C has never needed a repair so I don't know how much help my review is.

They arrived promptly, took care of the problem efficiently and charged a very reasonable rate. It was a pleasant surprise! They were very professional and I was quite pleased.

They are reliable. They come when they say they will. The price is reasonable.

THEY INSPECTED THE UNIT TO SEE IF ANYTHING WAS OUT OF THE NORM. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CHECKED THE UNIT AS WE WANTED. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

AFTER THE INSTALLATION, THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING AND WE HAD THEM COME REPAIR IT. THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY, EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS ON THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT, AND WAS CLEARLY A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. THEY WERE RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
