Exceptional Service and Beautiful Results! I recently had the exterior of my home painted by CertaPro, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The team, particularly Brandon and Nephi, went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done to the highest standard. From the moment they arrived, Brandon and Nephi were professional, courteous, and highly attentive to detail. Job was completed on time, workmanship was excellent, and customer service was exceptional. Site supervisor Carlos and his team were enjoyable to work with, stayed busy and were detailed and productive. Work was completed in estimated time period and punch list was minimal. I initially contacted CertaPro to get an estimate for painting an accent wall. Kevin showed up “exactly” at the time he promised. He gave me a quote for the accent wall. The quote was very reasonable, so I had him quote out the rest of the house, including the doors and trim. Again, he came back with a very reasonable quote, so we moved forward. Kevin and the painters showed up on the agree upon day/time. We went over all the work that was to be done and then the paint truck showed up to match and mix the paints. The painters were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up before leaving every day and showed up bright and early the next morning. They did a great job and were more than willing to make any changes when requested. The job took a week to complete. I could not have been happier with the overall experience. Kevin and his painters were fantastic! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Mr. Kevin Rogers is a real professional. His crew Walfre and others did a great job while graciously accommodating my requests. Kevin was able to accommodate my emergency request into his fully booked busy schedule. The crew did the job without rushing and attained perfection. I would definitely work with them in them future.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Ahwatukee. Owner Kevin Rogers is a man of his word and highly interested in customer satisfaction. The exterior project took place in December 2015 and the interior project was done in February 2016. The same crew was assigned to both of the projects and did an excellent job. They were always on time, worked efficiently, and kept the lines of communication open throughout both projects. My neighbors have been very complimentary about how nice everything looks, and how the projects were completed with no disturbance to them. Both projects were completed on time with no complications or surprises. Overall a great experience.

The owners (brothers Todd & Kris Nakagawa) were prompt & thorough in meeting with us, assessing the job and providing a quote. Since we had a time constraint in getting our house up for sale, Todd was extremely responsive in moving crews around so they could start and finish the job in a timely manner. Todd provided samples of the Dunn Edwards paint colors we were considering, which expedited our color decision without having to visit the paint store. They started the job with exterior power washing and then painted the exterior and trim. They also did wallpaper removal and painting in my dining room. In addition, they did drywall repair of cracks in vaulted ceilings and painted the areas to make everything look good as new. I also had them do touch up painting in several rooms. They took the time to get the paint & paint finishes to match exactly. Kris was here often to check on progress. The painting crew of 3 was hard working & did a beautiful quality job on everything!!!
