THE OWNER WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE OVER THE PHONE AND BILLED US FOR SERVICES THAT WE DIDN'T RECEIVE. WE HAD TO TERMINATE THE SERVICES, AND HE WANTED TO COLLECT FOR A FULL YEAR. HE WAS ALREADY PAID FOR THE LAST MONTH.
